I work in UK local government ICT and qualified to foundation level in ITIL v2 (Oct 2005), Prince 2 (Jul 2008) and finally got my driving licence (Nov 2008). Next goal: tbc I seek to improve the way we work and identify how IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT may benefit us. This blog covers my thoughts on process improvement, project management, ITSM, t-gov, personal development, and the odd comment on the challenges of working in local government!
